    All payments made to Just in Case Kate are final and non-refundable, in accordance with U.S. and South African law, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection statutes.
  • Annual Subscriptions and Discounts:
    Payments for annual subscriptions, including any associated discounts, are non-refundable under any circumstances. By making an annual payment, you agree to commit to the full term of the subscription.
  • No Refunds for Services Rendered:
    Due to the nature of our services, refunds will not be provided once a payment has been processed. This policy ensures the sustainability of our operations and the availability of our resources for clients.

5. Right to Terminate Relationship

Just in Case Kate reserves the right to terminate any client relationship at our sole discretion, including but not limited to instances where continuing the relationship would conflict with our moral or ethical standards. In such cases, written notice will be provided, and no refunds will be issued for payments already made.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information to facilitate the delivery of Services.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of our Services.
  • Use the Services only for lawful business purposes.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Engage in any activities that are illegal or unethical while using our Services.
  • Misuse the Services, including but not limited to attempting to interfere with their functionality or security.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or replicate proprietary tools or methodologies used in our Services.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
